Round baler with variable
chamber producing bales having varialble diameter
(from 60cm up to

The bale core may vary in
terms of size and density to suit all types of
crops.
Larger and less dense core
for hay and smaller high density core for straw and
silage.
The density and the
diameter of the bale are adjusted directly from the tractor
seat
by a modern alphanumeric
bale monitor.
2 different pick-up: XL
220 cm. equipped with 5 tine bars side feeding augers integrated in
the pick-up frame and XLAl 220 cm self levelling pickup, an
exclusive patented GALLIGNANI system. The pick-ups are mounted on
bearings. They assure a steady and even crop feeding from the
ground to the baler chamber.
Two different feeder
mechanism: GALLIGNANI patented double rake feeder or, for high
productivity under all circumstances, a 3-lobe feeder on 14
rows.
Automatic 2 twine tying
system and automatic net binding system (standard on XLR versions)
for solid and fast wrapping action with the net stretching right up
to the bale edges.
Two efficient cutting
systems: SuperCut - 14 knives with single protection and PowerCut -
25 knives with double protection complete the range offering
versions suitable for harvesting wet and green
products.
Endless belts standard on
the model Commander.

The automatic
chain tensioners allow constant tension of driving chain,
increasing the life of the moving parts and reducing maintenance
time.
A "dots and
arrows" system for quick and easy timing.
The baler has a
very sturdy pick-up (picking width of approx. 180 cm) able to work
on large swaths and all kinds of crops.
The plunger runs
on bearings for improved speed, longer life and smooth
operation.
The Gallignani
tying unit is the heart of the baler and excels in its precision
and reliability.
The extended rear
section of the chamber enables the production of denser and
well-shaped bales.
